# Essential Values

***

### Ideal set of vitals

| Heart Rate (HR) | Blood Pressure (BP) | Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) |
| --------------- | ------------------- | ------------------------ |
| 80 BPM | 120 / 80 mmHg | 100% |

***

### Stable set of vitals (default) (not in cardiac arrest, not sedated)

| Oxygen Saturation | Amount of Blood | Heart Rate | Blood Pressure |
| ----------------- | --------------------------------- | ---------- | ---------------- |
| > 85% | > 5,1l ("lost some blood" status) | > 40 BPM | > 60 / > 50 mmHg |

### Critical set of vitals (default)

| Lethal Saturation | Lethal amount of blood |
| ----------------- | ---------------------- |
| < 65% | < 3l |

| Saturation leading to unconsciousness | Min. HR for perfusion (SpO2 level will keep dropping if HR is lower) | Amount of blood required for establishing HR |
| ------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| 75% | 20 BPM | 3,6l ("Lost a Large Amount of Blood" status) |

| Min BP before Cardiac Arrest | Max BP before Cardiac Arrest |
| ---------------------------- | ---------------------------- |
| 50 / 40 mmHg if HR < 40 BPM | 285 / 190 mmHg |

| Min HR before Cardiac Arrest | HR leading to Cardiac Arrest (random chance) | Max HR before Cardiac Arrest |
| ---------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------- |
| 20 BPM | 20 - 30 BPM | 220 BPM |

### Successful A. Carbonate Use Requirements (**Blood Pressure** first value)

| Stable set of vitals | Chance decreases gradually | Max. chance (default 50%) | Chance decreases gradually |
| -------------------- | -------------------------- | ------------------------- | -------------------------- |
| | 50 ← 99 mmHg/x | 100 - 140 mmHg/x | 141 → 200 mmHg/x |

### Successful Reorientation Requirements (**Heart Rate**)

| Stable set of vitals | Chance decreases gradually | Max. chance (default 50%) | Chance decreases gradually |
| -------------------- | -------------------------- | ------------------------- | -------------------------- |
| | 40 ← 79 bpm | 80 bpm | 81 → 220 bpm |

Chances of successful Reorientation or Ammonium Carbonate usage (i.e. wakeup chances) are dependent on settings. Upon reaching stable vitals, patients will with given probability wake up on their own. Epinephrine boosts the wakeup probability.\
CA (Cardiac Arrest) time may vary by 10% (by default 5 minutes +/- 10%).
